1. Introduction

By using PhotoCV.ai, you confirm your acceptance of and agreement to be bound by these terms for our AI professional photo generation service.

2. Acceptance

This agreement takes effect on the date you first use the PhotoCV.ai website or our AI photo generation service.

3. Access to the service

PhotoCV.ai offers different plans for AI-generated professional photos. The service is purchased through a one-time transaction and provides access to generated photos according to the selected plan.

4. Refunds

We offer a satisfaction guarantee for our Professional and Executive plans. If you are not satisfied with your photos and have not downloaded any image, you may request a full refund within 30 days of purchase.

The Basic plan is not eligible for refunds. To request a refund, contact us through photocv.ai/contact with your order number.

5. Disclaimer

Although we strive for high-quality results, we do not guarantee that PhotoCV.ai will meet every requirement or operate uninterrupted or error-free.

6. Warranties and limitation of liability

PhotoCV.ai provides its service "as is" without warranty. We are not liable for indirect, special or consequential loss arising from use of the service. Our liability, if any, is limited to the amount you paid for the service.

7. Responsibilities

You are responsible for the photos you upload and the way you use the AI-generated output. PhotoCV.ai is not responsible for misuse of the generated content.

8. Pricing changes

As we continue to improve our AI technology and expand our offer, pricing may change. Any discount offered is intended to help customers secure the current price.

9. Intellectual property

You retain the commercial rights and ownership of your AI-generated photos. Photos uploaded for model processing are deleted within 7 days, and you may also delete them instantly.

10. Governing law

This agreement is governed by the laws of France. You acknowledge that no joint venture, partnership, employment or agency relationship exists between you and us as a result of using our services.
